How workspace privacy is enforced

These are properties of how the application is built, not policy statements.

Sign-in
Password or an emailed sign-in link. Sessions are held in a first-party cookie for about 30 days, or until you sign out.
Account scope
Every workspace query is bound to your account. A record you do not own answers as not found.
Not indexed
Workspace routes return a noindex directive and are disallowed in robots.txt, so they are not listed in search results.
No advertising
The advertising script is never loaded on the workspace shell — not blocked per element, simply never requested.
Separate from admin
A customer session cannot reach administrative areas; those use a separate check entirely.
