SIP and compound-interest results apply a constant assumed return, but use different contribution timing. GST, discount, margin, markup, and break-even results follow the exact rate, cost, fee, and order of operations entered. The tools do not predict lender approval, future investment returns, inflation, tax treatment, or legal invoice compliance. Use the output to compare scenarios, then verify significant decisions against provider documents, current official rules, and qualified advice where appropriate.
A useful comparison changes one assumption at a time. Keep the principal, term, contribution, cost base, or tax direction constant while testing the variable you actually need to decide.

Before relying on a result
Loan rates are entered annually and converted to monthly rates. SIP contributions are monthly; compound-interest deposits follow the selected frequency.
SIP contributions are modeled at the start of the month, while compound-interest deposits are added at the end of each period.
Lender fees, investment charges, taxes, inflation, closing costs, and changing insurance or escrow values are not automatically inferred.
A smooth annual return illustrates arithmetic. Market-linked outcomes vary and may be negative, even when a long-term average looks reasonable.
Tax rates, product classification, invoice fields, rounding, and consumer-pricing rules can change by place and date.
Terms that change the result
They cannot guarantee loan eligibility, lender terms, savings, investment returns, tax treatment, product profitability, or invoice compliance. They also do not update a bank, accounting system, tax portal, or live business record.
