Where to send it
One form, several routes. The category decides where a message goes and what the form asks you for.
- Something is brokenA tool that fails, a result that looks wrong, or a page that will not load. Include the URL, your browser and the steps that produce it.Bug report categoryReport it
- Account or billingInvoices, a plan that looks wrong, cancellation, or closing an account. Send it from the address the account uses.Billing category — never send card numbersContact billing
- Privacy or securityA data request, a question about retention, or a suspected vulnerability. Security reports are prioritised over other messages.Or email security@motifuse.comRead the process

Set expectations
Before you contact us
Four things that make the difference between one exchange and four.
Check the FAQ first
Most messages are answered by a question already on that page. Searching it takes less time than waiting for a reply, and there is no reply queue to jump.
Pick the right category
The contact form changes what it asks for based on the category you choose. Choosing accurately is the single biggest thing that avoids a round trip.
Include the specifics
The page URL or tool name, your browser and device, what you did, what happened and what you expected. A screenshot usually helps; the file itself usually does not.
Expect a person, not a queue
Messages are read and answered by the person who built the thing you are asking about. No response time is published, because none has been measured.
Other places to look
Not a support question?
Some things are documented rather than answered.
- Trust CentreEvery published standard and policy in one index — what each document covers, when it was last reviewed, and the positions Motifuse states plainly.Reviewed
- SecurityThe Trust Centre: authentication, access control, per-workflow processing, storage and deletion, payments, service providers, disclosure, and the current limitations.Reviewed
- ChangelogMaterial changes to the products, the public experience, and the trust controls — dated and categorised.Reviewed
- SitemapA readable map of every public page: tools, categories, products, articles, support, and policies.Reviewed
