The short version
A summary of what this document says, in ordinary words. It is not the agreement — the numbered clauses below are — but it should tell you which of them you need to read.
License, not copyright
A purchase grants defined usage rights; it does not transfer Motifuse source-product ownership.
Variant-specific rights
Personal, solo business, single-project code, and solo-unlimited code licenses can carry different permissions.
No redistribution
Source products cannot be shared, resold, sublicensed, or republished unless a variant explicitly says otherwise.
No outcome guarantee
Resources do not promise hiring, ranking, revenue, compliance, or any external result.
This summary is not the agreement. Where the summary and the numbered clauses differ, the clauses are what applies. They are below, and each one has its own link.
1.License grant
A limited license tied to an active Store entitlement.
On provider-confirmed payment—or a valid free sample download—Motifuse grants the recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product within the scope shown by its variant at checkout. Copyright and ownership of the reusable Store product remain with Motifuse.
2.License families
The account record preserves the exact policy snapshot purchased.
- Personal: use by one purchaser for that person’s non-client work.
- Solo business: use by one purchaser in that person’s own business operations, excluding redistribution.
- Single-project code: incorporation into one identified end project, subject to the product’s code terms.
- Solo-unlimited code: use by one purchaser across that person’s own projects, subject to the product’s code terms.
3.Permitted use
Edit and apply the product within the purchased license scope.
- Make reasonable local backups and use eligible versioned releases.
- Edit source files and export finished work for an allowed personal, business, or project purpose.
- Retain ownership of information and original content you add.
- Use free samples under their stated personal sample terms.
4.Prohibited use
A Store purchase cannot become somebody else’s reusable product.
- Redistributing, selling, gifting, sublicensing, publishing, or sharing source products.
- Extracting substantial templates, instructions, systems, or code to create a competing product.
- Circumventing account, entitlement, license, release, or download controls.
- Using fictional examples as real claims or using a product for unlawful or misleading conduct.
5.Ownership and updates
Historical order and license snapshots remain immutable.
You retain your original inputs and permitted finished outputs. Motifuse retains its templates, code, instructions, systems, examples, and releases. The purchased update policy determines eligible versions; no future release, format, or support period is promised unless the product and variant state it.
6.Termination
Refund, reversal, fraud, or material breach can revoke access.
A full provider-confirmed refund, payment reversal, fraudulent payment, or material license breach may revoke the corresponding entitlement and license. A license key is a record identifier, not a bearer token for downloads.
