Plain English

The short version

A summary of what this document says, in ordinary words. It is not the agreement — the numbered clauses below are — but it should tell you which of them you need to read.

  • Ask Paddle for a refund

Use your Paddle receipt or Paddle Buyer Support for the financial request.

  • Tell Motifuse about defects

Motifuse investigates corrupt, missing, materially misdescribed, or unusable files.

  • Ownership is revoked

A confirmed full refund or reversal revokes linked entitlements and licenses.

  • Law comes first

Mandatory consumer rights in your location remain available.

This summary is not the agreement. Where the summary and the numbered clauses differ, the clauses are what applies. They are below, and each one has its own link.

1.Scope and seller

Paddle sells the order; Motifuse licenses and fulfils the product.

This policy applies to one-time digital products bought through the Motifuse Store. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, processes the payment and applicable tax, issues the receipt, provides payment support, and handles financial returns. Motifuse supplies the licensed files and supports delivery and reproducible product defects.

Read the controlling Paddle Refund Policy. Nothing on this page reduces the rights Paddle provides or any mandatory consumer protection.

2.Eligible requests

Material delivery or product faults with enough detail to investigate.

  • A Paddle-confirmed purchase never produces the purchased entitlement.
  • A release archive or material included file is corrupt, missing, unsafe, or unusable in a reasonably supported application.
  • The delivered product materially differs from the contents, formats, edition, or variant shown at checkout.
  • A duplicate transaction charged twice for the same product.
  • Applicable law or Paddle's policy requires a refund or other remedy.

3.Normally not eligible

A working resource is not an outcome promise.

  • A change of mind after access or download where applicable law and Paddle's policy permit that limitation.
  • The resource does not produce a hoped-for hiring, ranking, revenue, compliance, or other external outcome.
  • An unsupported third-party application or a modified file behaves differently from the supported workflow.
  • The request depends on redistributed, fraudulent, unlawful, or license-violating use.

4.How to request

Use Paddle for money and Motifuse for the product issue.

For refunds, receipts, or payment questions, follow the support link in the Paddle receipt or visit Paddle Buyer Support. For delivery or file defects, contact Motifuse Store support with the purchaser email, order number, product, asset name, supported application, expected behavior, actual result, and safe diagnostic evidence. Do not send unnecessary personal or confidential content.

5.Effect of a refund or reversal

A full reversal ends the corresponding Store ownership.

When Paddle confirms a full refund or reversal, Motifuse marks the immutable order record and revokes the linked entitlements, licenses, downloads, and connected in-product access. A provider-confirmed reversal of a chargeback may restore them.

6.Statutory rights

Non-waivable protections continue to apply.

This policy supplements applicable consumer law and Paddle's buyer terms. It does not remove a cancellation, conformity, repair, replacement, or refund right that cannot legally be waived.
