Store support
Motifuse supports product delivery, licenses, compatibility, and reproducible file defects. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record and supports payments, receipts, and financial refund requests.
Orders and delivery
For a missing entitlement or download, include the purchaser email and Paddle transaction or Motifuse order number.
Access and licenses
Sign in with the verified purchaser email. Never send session cookies or secret links.
File defects
Name the release, asset, application, expected result, and actual result without unnecessary personal data.
Motifuse product support
Support verifies records server-side. Knowing an order number or license key alone is not sufficient to transfer ownership.
