Private delivery
Approved users work inside an authenticated, ad-free environment. Access rules and responsibilities are agreed in the project scope.
Enterprise engagements
Motifuse works with organizations whose requirements go beyond a standard subscription: governed access, reviewed data flows, scoped integrations, procurement documentation, or contract-defined support.
Enterprise is a contracted service, not a self-serve plan. Capabilities and commitments apply only when they appear in the signed scope.
When it fits
The enterprise path exists for requirements that need a documented operating model. It does not turn planned APIs, deployment options, or support levels into promises.
Approved users work inside an authenticated, ad-free environment. Access rules and responsibilities are agreed in the project scope.
Data flows, processing modes, retention, deletion, access, and operational responsibilities are documented before implementation.
Existing APIs, storage, exports, or business systems can be assessed. Availability and ownership are never assumed before technical review.
Support channels, service hours, response targets, maintenance, and escalation are written into the agreement when required.
Data handling
| Mode | Data boundary | Availability |
|---|---|---|
| Browser-local | Data remains on the user device | Used only when the workflow can be verified to run locally |
| Motifuse-managed private processing | Encrypted transport, private object storage, scoped access, and defined retention | Available for approved hosted workflows |
| External integration | Only the fields and actions approved in the scope | Subject to provider access, security, and technical review |
| External AI provider | Explicitly disclosed before any data is sent | Optional and included only when the use case and data are appropriate |
Available
Private hosted delivery can be scoped around approved users, defined processing, and documented retention.
Assessed per engagement
There is no general public enterprise API promise today. Required integrations are evaluated for feasibility, access, ownership, and support.
Assessed per engagement
Alternative hosting or deployment is not a standard entitlement. Technical, security, maintenance, and ownership requirements must be reviewed first.
Procurement path
Confirm the business outcome, data sensitivity, users, and procurement requirements.
Map data flows, integrations, roles, retention, support, and delivery constraints.
Define deliverables, exclusions, milestones, commercials, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
Begin only after commercial and governance terms are approved by both parties.
Standard workspace support is available through the product. Enterprise service hours, response targets, escalation, maintenance windows, and continuity expectations are commitments only when written into the contract.
Motifuse may decline unsafe, unlawful, high-risk regulated, or unnecessarily sensitive-data projects. It does not promise compliance certification, medical or legal outcomes, financial results, or unsupported deployment models.
Start with requirements
The request starts qualification and technical review. It does not create a commitment, charge, or automatic enterprise entitlement.
