Secure inputs are retained for 24 hours, generated outputs for 72 hours, and reports for 7 days. Users can delete projects and assets earlier.
Private access
Secure processing requires an authenticated account and server-verified active entitlement. The workspace is always ad-free.
Cancellation
Self-serve cancellation can be scheduled from the workspace. The confirmation shows access and retention consequences before the change.
Support
Subscribers can create workspace support requests. No response-time SLA is implied by a self-serve plan.
