This is the full studio. In local mode, templates and data stay in this browser and batches up to 25 documents are generated on your device — free, with no account. Signing in adds cloud-saved templates; beta testers can use secure cloud batches without a subscription and are invited to share product feedback.
How it works
A production workflow, not a one-shot converter: every step is inspectable and nothing irreversible happens without a review screen.
Build the layout visually — text, images, tables, QR codes — or place fields over your existing PDF letterhead.
Define typed fields like {{employee_name}} or {{invoice_total}} with formats, defaults, and required flags.
Upload CSV or XLSX, paste from a spreadsheet, or enter a single record. Headers are inspected, never silently changed.
Every row is checked against the template before generation: batch summary, row status, and field-level issues.
Run small batches locally in your browser, or queue large batches on the secure cloud worker with per-row results and retries.

The interface always tells you which mode you are in — DocForge never claims files stay local when cloud processing is selected.

Every template, job, and output is scoped to your workspace and verified server-side on each request.
Operational logs record counts and error codes — never names, salaries, or document content.
Cloud outputs show exactly when they will be deleted, and you can delete them earlier with one click.
Your documents and data are never used to train AI models, and nothing is sent to any AI provider.
